The Story Behind SOLYN

As a busy parent, wife and working professional, I’m constantly on the move.

Throughout the week, you’ll find me at the gym, in the office, and at my children’s sports training. On the weekends, I’m on the sidelines, exploring new places, or relaxing by the pool.

But no matter where I was, I kept running into the same problem: staying hydrated shouldn’t mean carrying another bag just for a large water bottle or compromising on what I could take with me.

I wanted something that could keep up with the way I actually live. A bag that could carry my everyday essentials, fit a large water bottle, and move seamlessly between training, work and everything in between.

So, I decided to bring it to life.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at SOLYN. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand (Domestic): [1-3] business days via Courier

Australia : [5-10] business days via Courier

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to us at hello@solyn.co.nz so we can assist you with the process.

Refunds & Returns

At SOLYN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
